Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted only upon successful receipt of payment via authorized channels supported by our payment gateway.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise and may be inclusive or exclusive of GST as applicable.

  • KOOLCRAFTS is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders for physical products may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.

  • Orders for digital products (licenses, software downloads) cannot be cancelled once the license key or product has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The wrong product/service was delivered.

  • Payment was made but the order was not fulfilled.

  • Digital/software products are generally non-refundable once delivered, due to their nature.

Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • In case of delays, please contact your bank/payment provider as processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect order details provided by the customer.

  • Change of mind after the product/service has been delivered.

  • Delays caused by external factors (courier, customs, internet issues).

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

At KOOLCRAFTS, we ensure prompt and reliable delivery of our products and services.

Domestic Shipping (within India)

  • Physical products: Dispatched within 25–30 business days of order confirmation and advance payment.

  • Digital products: Delivered via email within 5–7 business days of successful payment.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping (outside India)

  • Physical products: Dispatched within 20–25 business days of order confirmation.

  • Digital products: Delivered via email within 3–5 business days of successful payment.

  • Customs duties, taxes, transfer fee, Money conversion charges or additional charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

Tracking & Updates

  • Tracking details for physical shipments will be shared via email once dispatched.

  • Digital deliveries will include a confirmation email with activation/license details.

Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, external factors such as courier issues, customs clearance, or natural disruptions may cause delays. Customers will be notified in such cases.
